Dickens Festijn 2013 – Deventer – photo portraits (Sunday)

On Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 december 2013 there was the unique ‘ living outdoor theatre’ in Deventer.
The Dickens Festival in which, as stated, some 950 characters from the Charles Dickens oeuvre come to life.
The historic “Bergkwartier” (Mountainquarter) in Deventer is the perfect setting for this festival. Back to the 19th century, where theater, music but also disease and death are omnipresent. Below a photographic impression and processed images. Some pictures are edited, approximately in the style that was common in the 19th century.
